The fountain at Frankenmuth Michigan, Visitors center celebrates May Day, a Bavarian tradition.
Water Fountain with sculptures of children dressed in lederhosen, goatskin bundhosen and suspenders celebrating Mayday.
Frankenmuth, Michigan was settled by a group of 15 German Lutheran immigrants from the kingdom of Bavaria in 1845. They hoped to bring the Word of God to the Chippewa Indians.
