This was my thrill of the day. At the Imlay City Fair was able to shoot up close thru the fence at the Circus Lions. When I spotted this lion in the grass I saw that she was in full pounce position. Before I knew it the Lion jumped forward and stood at the fence in front of me standing on his hind legs. A good couple of feet above my head. Then after she saw that my fellow photographer Stu and I were not scared she started to rub the fence and purr. These cats are just like all cats, in need of a good belly rub.
