Great Horned Owl and chick by LeeAnn MclaneGoetz McLaneGoetzStudioLLC.com Each year a couple of great horned owls hours make their nest high in the trees in a washtub at Lake Saint Clair Metro Park, in Michigan. This year the the couple had two babies but one fell out of the nest. It will not be long and the little one will take to flight any day now.
